4-DAY WORK WEEK
Presently was among the vanguard of companies introducing the 4-Day Work Week in Canada. Based on a 100-80-100 model, we receive 100% pay for 80% of our time in exchange for 100% productivity. What has it delivered? The quality of our creative product has improved. We are happier to be at work. We’re grateful for the extra time in our lives. Our revenue increased while hours decreased. Our clients enthusiastically welcomed and supported the change. We’re producing improved results for those same clients. The positive impact of working smarter, not harder, has been immense.
