In June 2023, we began participating in a global pilot to test the viability of a 4 Day Work Week. The pilot followed the 100-80-100™️ model, which advocates for 100% pay, working 80% of the time, and a commitment to 100% productivity.

The non-profit 4 Day Week—Global coordinates the six-month pilot program in partnership with researchers at Boston College.

In preparation, we explored ways to increase our productivity. We learned from incredible mentors to help us work better rather than longer and bring our best selves to our client's work.

Now we can share what we’ve learned…so far.
